I picked up a copy of Native Instruments new Maschine software for myself and I must say that not only is it the most rock-solid controller I've seen, but also a great piece of software.

The controller's pads are WAY more sensitive than anything I've felt before.  The layout is so simple a chimp could probably figure it out on his own.  The 5GB sound library that comes with it, is full of production ready sounds.  The sequencer is dope, and if you are a drug user, you will appreciate the cool lights on the controller!

 The goal, I believe, when they set out to make this thing was to make a piece of software that felt like it's hardware predecessors.  The controller was designed specifically for the software and the end result is a hybrid that will rival any groove box out there!  Don't sleep on this - head on over to www.native-instruments.com and check out the videos they have about Maschine. I believe they are really onto something with this one!
