Conditions of Use

EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT
FTC Musik Labz LLC hereby grants to Licensee the exclusive use of the copyrighted musical composition purchased by licensee.Upon the transaction of the pre-determined funds (USD), Licensee is granted the following:

 The exclusive recording, making and distribution of and with the composition described in this EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT to be made and distributed in the United States, its territories and possessions,and worldwide,in accordance with the provisions of Section 115 of the Copyright Act of the United States of America of October 19, 1976, as amended (ACT), except it is agreed that this license is limited to the particular recording and use of the COMPOSITION herein described and shall not include any other recording or form of recorded sound.
This license also includes the exclusive recording, making, and distribution of and with the COMPOSITION described in this license throughout the universe, insofar that LICENSEE indemnifies and holds harmless LICENSOR from and against all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal expenses and reasonable counsel fees, arising out of any alleged breach of national or international laws, treaties, or other policies as a result of using said COMPOSITION.
This license includes the privilege of making a musical arrangement of the COMPOSITION to the extent necessary to conform it to the style or manner of interpretation of the performance involved, but the arrangement made
(I) may not change the fundamental character of the COMPOSITION and
(II) shall not be subject to protection under the ACT by LICENSEE as a derivative work.
This license provides LICENSEE agrees to accord LICENSOR a credit in liner notes or where other similar credits are listed. Credit shall be accorded in this form: "Produced by Fritz Van Kosky for FTC Musik Labz LLC, BMI.", or if another producer is used, credit shall be accorded as required by that person.
This license is personal, non-licensable and non-assignable, except by LICENSOR. LICENSEE need not serve or file the notices required under the ACT. This COMPOSITION may be used as an example of material being produced.
 THIS LICENSE SHALL BECOME EFFECT ONLY AFTER THE TRANSACTION DESCRIBED ABOVE HAS BEEN COMPLETED BY LICENSEE AND RECEIVED BY LICENSOR.
